★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendliest staff ever. Also very accomodating and offered to wait till I got off work if necessary. When I picked up my vehicle they also offered me a complimentary t-shirt or hat!! Great staff and job well done. Totally recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service. Helga was polite, professional and the service was quick. I got in on short notice and my vehicle was ready in a couple hours. The even went above and beyond to vacuume my entire truck even though the back was the only issue. Will be using this place again for any glass needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This glass shop was great to me. I had a chip another shop wouldn’t fill. Crystal glass filled it for me. However, it cracked a couple weeks later but they gave me a great deal on the windshield replacement I needed plus deducted the chip repair cost. After the replacement their customer service was amazing with any issues that came up. They took the time to investigate my concerns. Easy 5 star experience. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The window in Matrix was being spastic. Couldn't roll it up or down. Crystal glass ordered in the part then discovered that they could fix the problem without using the part - saving me about $50. And .. they even vacuumed out my car! Excellent service, Sue was awesome. Thank you guys!

Had my back window shatter while I was holidays, luckily they had the window in stock and they worked me into the schedule super last minute.
Everything went super smooth and they had me back on the road before lunch at a rate lower then nearby glass shops.
Technician was super professional and did a top notch job, office staff were really nice as well.
