★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in and made appointment on Friday am. My insurance was photocopied by employee I waited while they found windshield on computer. Showed up Tuesday for appointment and got yelled at by kid about how I didn’t have an appointment and they were slammed with business. Not sure what I did wrong as it was the same guy who made appointment but I do know I did not deserve to be treated with zero respect for his error. NEVER will they get my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to ask a question regarding a rear view mirror replacement. Was able to bring my vehicle back 20 minutes later to have the problem remedied. While it was being fixed, it was noted I had a previously repaired chip that needed some fill. Both jobs were completed in 30 minutes, I had a professional opinion of the existing chip, and now I know where I’ll be going for all my glass needs. The service was Excellent, with a capital E.

I will be posting this review in other places and contacting corporate with the names of the individuals involved. The woman who answers the phone deserves to be fired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a chip on my windshield and needed it filled before it cracked and got larger. I was given an early morning appointment at 0800am. At the business there was only an extremely pleasant lady working at the counter and no one else. I personally thought it was the front desk clerk and that a technician was either on their way or hiding somewhere inside. Laura helped me with all the insurance papers and asked for the keys. My thoughts were “okay normal procedure” after a few seconds she proceeded to bring the vehicle in and FIXED the chip herself. WOW, I am so impressed and extremely happy to have had this experience. She not only helped me get this done quickly and efficiently but she also managed to help and support an other lady that walked in. She did all that in a span of 45 minutes while keeping a very cheerful attitude and massive smile on her face. They way I was accommodated and helped gives a whole new meaning to customer service. Speedy Glass won the lotto with Laura. Speedy Class obviously cares about perfection and top of the line service. I definitely recommend them to everyone ?? thank you Laura for take care of my vehicle and me ?
