★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great I searched and searched for a pair of shoes that were both comfortable and waterproof but none felt right with an insole inside, my heel would move but went to Timberline and they had oboz shoes that are made specifically with a high arch so no need for insole plus waterproof membrane and to top of a great feeling shoe, they gave me 20% off so very satisfied

I went in looking for a pair of high end Scarpa mountaineering boots, although they didn't have it in stock, they were able to order it in within a few days. Excellent customer service and communication. It helped that I already knew what I wanted but still absolutely amazing service. Every time I've gone in there I have never felt pressured into buying something that I didn't want, which I've definitely run into at other stores. They really do care about the customer and what's going to work best for you. Would recommend to anyone looking for great new footwear in the north!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed new hiking boots and decided to stop in add see what Timberline had to offer for boots for her. The service was so friendly and accommodating, we both ended up buying new pairs of hiking boots.
After testing them out at Eskers Park the same day, we're very happy with our new Olang's.

Have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of my Stretchwalker sandals (by X-sensible) as the stock shipments have been delayed due to the pandemic. I am leaving for Europe shortly and my feet would not last without these shoes. My old pair is worn out. They are the most comfortable walking shoe I have ever had. Matt called as soon as they arrived in Prince George and sent them Express on Friday (without charge), and I received them on Monday!! My feet are so happy and so am I. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to your customers.
