Every single time that we are there we are treated like family, they communicate efficiently & provide high quality work for reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were recently in Kelowna and 48 hours prior to our planned departure we discovered a leak in the cooling system of our Buick Enclave. We were able to get our vehicle in for diagnosis and replacement of a water pump in one day allowing us to depart on schedule. They were aware of our time constraints and were prepared to work to get us on the road on schedule. We were impressed with the service and should the need occur, Dynamic will be our first call.....

I was informed of a time line, cost and was given a loaner vehicle too. When I had questions about follow up I didn't feel intimidated. The team at dynamic auto got me an appointment promptly and we’re able to diagnose the problem quickly. As I dropped my car off there for the day they also drove me home and picked me up from my residence as part of a complementary service they provide! Ron, the owner was very nice and helpful, as was Kerry and the other service writer. Would definitely recommend!
