Very honest and doesn't over charge people especially us women. Highly recommend them and refer everyone to go there. Keep up the excellent work gentlemen.

They are honest, and do not try and sell you anything you do not need. I have never once had a problem with taking my car here. Highly recommend. Especially if you are new to the city like me, and looking for someone trustworthy and honest to look after your vehicle needs - which trust me, can be hard to find. 10/10!

They do great work and I am very happy with their help. I needed numerous things fixed on my truck and promptly and they had me come in within days desite their busy schedule! They are so helpful and care for their customers well, they even repaired my door handle even when I didn't give them a heads up about it, they got the part and fixed it quickly! I would highly recomend anyone to go to the auto clinic for all of their vehicle issues and needs. Thanks Guys!!

In prior years while Dean was running the shop, all of my extended family members took every vehicle there. Dean was always honest, reliable, and prompt with getting our work done - when he said it would be done and for a fair price. I referred the Auto Clinic to every person I knew for the past 15+ years (because of Dean). Since the change of owners, we have had nothing but terrible service and partially completed work. Both my sons have taken their trucks there in the past 6 months, the first had his truck there for a diagnosis, 3 days later he had to call to find out what was happening with it. They charged him $300 to pick it up with some attempt to fix it and the diagnosis of "we don't know". Next one brought his in for a straightforward fix, booked an appointment for it and again NO ONE contacted him to let him know the progress. He had to call at the end of the day and was told "oh, we didn't have time to do it today, will try tomorrow". After another full day (Friday), and, not hearing anything from them, he called again to find out when he could pick it up. Response: "Couldn't fit it in today either. Do you need it for the weekend??" I don't know how they figure they can do business this way, but we would NEVER spend another penny there. Sad to see such a great business built by Dean has gone down the drain. Do not go here!

C	Cory Durban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took my boss's sons truck in to get the brakes done they called and said it was ready to go, then called back to say it wouldn't start. Meaning that they never even test drove the vehicle, after the repairs were completed. Turns out that they had unhooked the battery, no real reason was given why they did that,and in turn they had wiped the bcm clean of its memory. And not knowing how to remedy the problem, they had to wait for Dean to come in and fix it for them, plus they charged for the repair of a part that they messed up. I could go on a total rant, but I'll just say that, unless you like wasting time and money,DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!
