★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 17 year old daughter's cars engine light went on, so I sent her to see Louie he ran a diagnostic for free, cleared the codes and gave her a suggestion to see if it would fix the issue and to save her money. The issue continued and she needed to have a few items replaced. Louie was transparent and informative about these issues.
When we went to pick up her car he was respectful and talked directly to my daughter what was fixed; I appreciated that he explained everything to her instead of talking directly to me. He treated her with kindness, respect and made her feel comfortable to return to his business without me being beside her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to commend Precision Auto for being such a real kind, honest, clean mechanic shop. Although I had no appointment I called and was told to get the tow up to his shop as soon as I could. Louis' efforts to treat me like a real person not a number was such a change from so many shops i have been to in Kelowna. Not only that but he was extremely helpful and honest about the work necessary on my X5. I had gone to 3 OTHER SHOPS in Kelowna regarding these issues and all of them came back with not a fix on that problem but other things I needed done - which don't even need to be! Louis and his team discovered the problem and the solution and at a fair price that I couldn't be more grateful for. Because of his honesty, I saved several hundred dollars and a great deal of frustration. My vehicle was on the road that next morning!
I can honestly say that I have found my mechanic that I will always be bringing my vehicles to from now on. I rarely have problems with it my vehicle, but when I do, I dread taking it to a mechanic. But my interaction with Louis and his team has definitely changed that previously unhappy perception, and I have been telling all my car-owning friends where to go for an honest assessment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first phone call I made to Louis i could hear the care and compassion in his voice. You can tell that he is a car guy, that enjoys working on cars. My experience hands down was the best mechanic shop i have been to. Louis and his team work so hard at everything they do. The shop has a warm feeling to it when you walk in and so clean and doesn't have that cold, smelly feeling to it like most other shops i have been to over the years.
Louis is a busy guy, but he will give you the time of day to explain what needs to happen now, or later and makes sure you actually understand the process. He even came in on a Saturday morning on his day off to convience me and my family. To have the peace of mind that I have a reliable vehicle is more then anyone could ask for. I have been so very blessed to find and definitely hold on to the valleys absolute best mechanic shop ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously take your car to precision auto. The owner, Louis takes in each car as if it was his own, and genuinely cares. He talked me professionally and took the time to explain the issues happening to my car and what he would recommend. His team understood my price range and gave me the lowest and most affordable price compared to any other company I have gone to in Kelowna. As someone who doesn’t know too much about cars, it’s important for me to have trust in my mechanics and their team does just that. Their just honest wholehearted folk who love fixing cars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a car from Luis last August 2021, even though I had great service since the first call, I intentionally waited a few months to give an accurate review where the post-sale service could also be commented on and to confirm the good conditions of my car. All I can say about Luis is that he offers GREAT SERVICE, he really knows how to treat a customer and helped me to save money when I had to do maintenance without risking my car's performance.
I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS GUY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience with Luis. I had been looking online for weeks, trying to find a new, used car. Saw some pretty awful vehicle before I saw his listing. Luis was patient, as I test drove three different vehicles and took over a week to decide on what I wanted. In the end I purchased my new car from him. He went above and beyond, making sure everything was looked at, and he took the time to explain all that the car had been through and had done to it. I brought it home in the evening, and later noticed that one of the brake lights had just gone out. I brought the car back to precision auto the next day and Luis had the bulb changed right then and there.
You can tell that Luis has a care for his customers incomparable to private sellers and car sales people. Choose precision auto for the best treatment, for your vehicle and yourself.
