These guys offer next level customer service and are knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic and an absolute pleasure to deal with!!!
I needed an emergency tire repair twice in one week during a recent trip to Kelowna. One for a valve stem repair and the other for a flat tire. Each time I called ahead and they said to come on in, no appointment necessary. Valve stem was fixed while I waited, which was super convenient, and then I was told there was no charge and to have a nice day... how awesome is that!
A few days later, another tire was leaking air. Fountain Tire rescued me again, fixing the leak in record time at a very fair price.
Each time, they took the time to explain the exact issue and how they would fix it, which I really appreciated.
Thank you so much for your expertise, kindness and care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! I had an emergency blown out tire, and no one else could find a tire that fit my car!! These guys went above and beyond for me, found a tire and squeezed in the change over when they were super busy!! Thank you from the lady in the Trax who would have been stranded!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my Genesis Coupe In for new tires, first they put the weights dead center on the rim so it wasn't even attempting to be hidden behind my spokes. Owner was nice enough to bring it back in and rectify that issue, but after taking my car home I noticed that the wrong tires were actually put on my car, only drive my vehicle in the summer and asked for 8otra high performance summer tires, he installed all seasons instead. After calling and questioning it was told the tires aren't available in the entire company so he wouldn't be able to get them. Upon leaving fountain tire the parking lot is so uneven that two pieces of my body work were damaged upon leaving.
was told that new tires could be put on but would definitely be more cost to me. Just unsatisfied with result upon leaving and won't be returning. Owner was never rude and was understanding. But still very frustrating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience. Ordered new summer tires and they came in when they said and could get them installed right away. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Mechanic was quick and had everything wrapped up efficiently. Price was as quoted and no hidden costs. Everything was very smooth. Totally recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was absolutely blown away by the service this morning! I got a set of tires from here a while ago, and had a flat tire one week ago. For naive convenience, I took it to Canadian Tire (we all make mistakes...) for them to patch up and was told it couldn't be fixed. So I came back to Fountain Tire to purchase two new tires, and they took a look at my flat tire - and fixed it! I didn't have an appointment, I was somewhat in a rush to get tires within 48 hours, and they literally took a look at it and fixed it on the spot. To top it off, they gave me a smoking deal that can't be beat!! It made my entire week, and I vow to never ever go anywhere else for my tire work. I already recommended this place to my coworker who will be going there for her new winter tires, and I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone else. Thank you for being amazing!!!

Josh was fantastic at helping me decide what tires to go with and got my car in and out quickly, despite how busy they were. This will definitely be my go to tire place & I will happily recommend Josh & Fountain Tire to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a tire switch over but they noticed a couple of burnt out bulbs, and fixed them gratis. This is the second great experience with Fountain Tire. There is a HUGE difference when the owner is the person managing and serving you.
