Knew what I wanted but the fat guy behind the counter made it a struggle and literally burped in my face, the smell was disgusting. Don't ask me a bunch of questions and tell me it won't work. Sell me what I want and tell me to have a good day.

I went into the store to ask about a motor for my furnace at home and was told "good luck" and that was it. Did not even try to look it up. Went to J Wright plumbing and heating down the road and she made a phone call and said she could have one this afternoon. Poor counter person at Bartle and Gibson. Would not support there business again.

Supply counter attendant was rude and hard to deal with. Not sure why he would choose customer service as his job. Made it feel like he was doing me a favor even though my order was well over $1000. Only reason for 2 stars is they had what I was looking for and the yard guy was great to deal with.

Have had the same service every time I have come to the store. The service department very arrogant and not helpful what so ever. Terrible customer service, not sure how the store manages to stay open with staff like that.

I was frustrated because I'd gone to several businesses as well as shopping online for a specific item. It was nowhere to be found and I didn't find anybody that was very helpful with knowledge or advice. When I went to B&G in West Kelowna, I finally came across an employee named 'Ken'. He took several minutes to search this item out, both in-store and online. Although the store did not carry what I wanted, Ken proceeded to read the 'fine print' about it online & read something that I had overlooked and nobody else was willing to take the time to look at. He was able to simplify my search and point me in the right direction. I was able to order the item I needed online. Very helpful, thanks.

Always grumpy or stubborn people, customer services needs a big improvement. Maybe even try helping load your customers too once in a while. No point in calling to have your order ready ahead of time they’ll still make you pull your own order and load your trucks by yourself. Try smiling and enjoying your job once in a while it will make everything better.
