★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could put a 1 star review on this company I would. The technicians storm around the location they are working at disturbing work of others around them. They even went on to charge me for an inspection that I wasn't even notified of. It's an absolute joke that there is no level of communication from the office to the techs. If I had the choice to work with another company I would in an absolute heartbeat. Do not use this company if you want to be robbed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nexus came to certify our fire suppression system. They noticed several serious deficiencies and got them all fixed the same day even though they had to go back to West Kelowna to get more equipment. They fixed several issues which could have affected our insurance if we ever had to file a claim. They made the fire suppression system cleaner, more efficient and easier to change than it was before they started, and they stayed late to finish it. This was all a huge help as we needed this all done properly and quickly to get our Interior Health and City of Penticton approvals.

The technician that represents Nexus (Andrew) has been exceptional both in customer service and ability to resolve issues that may come up with a large campus. I cannot recommend this company enough. Wolfgang has created a company that exists on customer service and quality work. The technical aspects of Fire Panels and devices can be a complicated dynamic, however, our people are never made to feel stupid because they may not understand the working of these devices. If you are looking for clear communication and professional workmanship, stick with Nexus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a problem with our fire alarm panel system. Called Nexus and our usual tech was unavailable to come down RIGHT away so the owner, Wolfgang was here within 30 minutes and got our system back up and running. Great service and super friendly
