One set of doors had gotten so bad that we couldn't even open them, we would just avoid using them and it was so inconvenient. We installed these doors new 17 years ago and they gave us problems from the start and just got worse over the years. The manufacturer kept sending technicians to adjust the doors every couple of years but they just kept getting worse over time. Finally after 15 years they said the warranty was up and they refused to come and adjust them anymore and told us we'd just have to buy new doors. Tyler came last winter and spent a couple of hours adjusting and realigning our doors and voila our doors worked better than new and we haven't had a problem since. Tyler came by to provide a quote. Tyler arrived the day of the appointment on time and upon mentioning the lead time of 6-8 weeks for the 3 windows I explained the lead time could scupper our plans for listing, and lead to delays. He offered to fix the broken window instead, and provided me with an amazing price to do so. The job litterally went from replacing 3 windows to fixing one... a job most contractors around here would most likely blow off in disappointment. We setup a tentative time the following week for Tyler to come back and fix the window. Keeping his word he arrived the scheduled day and took no time in repairing the window. Tyler's professionalism is a rare thing in the Okanagan, and I can't recommend him enough for anyone needing a window and door contractor. He came through for us in a big way for a more than reasonable price, and we couldn't be more happy with the outcome, or more appreciative. Thanks Tyler! Is it possible to give more than 5 stars! lol

He was able to beat the installation price of the local franchise shops, plus his turn around time was much better. He kept me informed as to when the glass would be available, and the installation time was at my convenience.

He asked me questions about what was important to me and what I was looking for, and he worked with our builder to make sure our window and door installation went well, especially since a few were rather tricky installs that required close attention to detail. He also came up with a great solution to a particular tricky custom door install that really helped us solve a challenging situation. He was on time, his work is impeccable, and he was very helpful with suggestions on the drywall returns for our windows. He took my 1985 home to 2022! Our furnace runs half as much; our home felt different immediately. New windows and doors was a great investment!
