They did an amazing job and I couldn't believe the low cost given the quality of materials and installation. I am so thrilled we went with this company. Going to use the money we saved to paint the cabinets now!

Super fast and Amazing service. The initial timeline was 2 weeks but got the job done in less than a week!! We did a research and got quotes from most countertop stores in the Okanagan and their price was just unbeatable. The countertops was absolutely stunning, well crafted and carefully and properly installed. Jorge and His team was so professional and very accommodating and easy to work with. Totally highly recommended. Great price, Stunning products and Excellent job quality.

Don’t use this company unless you enjoy wasting your time. While the final produce is nice. We wasted so much time and money dealing with this company with minimal recognition on their part. I reached out multiple times during the process with questions and concerns. I would be told I would get answers but nobody ever follows up. We were told a 10 day turn around time. It was over 3 weeks before installation. Then I was told installation would happen on Friday. And I made plans to be home during this time. They never showed and I had to call for an explanation and didn’t receive a reason. I was just told they would definitely come Monday between 8-9am. By 10 am on Monday with no sign of them I called again to ask where they were. I was told they were loading up the truck and should be here soon. But then it was 11 and they still hadn’t showed. So I called again “that’s weird, they should be there. I’ll figure out what’s going on and let you know”. Mary never got back to me any of the 3 times I called to see where they were. Jorge finally shows at 12:15 and when I ask why they are 3-4 hours late he just laughs which could have been miscommunication, but I was already frustrated at this point and so it just added to that. But they start the install and I ask if they will be done by 2 because my partner and I have an appointment. Jorge said it would take around 4 hours, so I had to cancel the appointment and pay a $100 cancellation fee which was irritating. It wasn’t until well after I had cancelled the appointment that Jorge said they could take their lunch break around 2. But at that point it was too late as I’d already cancelled and changed our plans to accommodate. The whole situation was frustrating. With little recognition about how much of my time and money they wasted. Unfortunately I will not be using this company again. And would not recommend them to anyone.

I am writing this review on behalf of parents Bill and Devinder Saini. They had a great experience with Yeg countertops. The quality of their work is top notch, they were professional, and finished the job quickly. My parents are extremely happy with their new countertops!
