★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say I am absolutely blown away by how amazing these people are. We recently purchased a house with a hot tub and have had some minor repairs that have needed to be done. Being first time hot tub owners we weren’t always exactly sure what we should be looking at. Every time we have gone to them for advise, they have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I have never felt left in the lurch so to speak. The most recent issue we ran into the technician (Gary) saved me the cost for the call out by explaining to me at the store how to change the piece myself and when I ran into issues went above and beyond to assist us in fixing it. They truly are a remarkable business and really do have their customers best interest at heart. Thank you!! You guys will definitely be seeing us again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service all around. All the staff members at Wet Zone Pool Leisure & Spa are very knowledgeable and helpful. Chris (owner), Maureen (manager) & Gary (technician) all have outstanding customer service skills and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is satisfied. Quality repairs/servicing, reasonable rates, always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to purchase a pool, spa or needing service/repair work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are thinking about buying a hot tub look no further; we are very happy with our Coast Spa from the Wet Zone but more importantly the level of customer service before, during and after the purchase and installation of our hot tub has always been second to none. We continue to go back every week to get our spa's water tested for free and purchase any chemicals or supplies we may need. They are never too busy to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your tub or pools equipment or water quality. If quality and service are important to you then this is where you need to go for all things pool & hot tub related.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off let me say that Coast Hot Tubs are great! We love our tub and it is a fantastic product. If your in the market for one, I would recommend you shop elsewhere. We factory ordered a tub which was a major investment for us, with the features we wanted. When it was delivered the base had a hole in it that was obviously hit with the forks of a forklift. Solution, a piece of black duct tape :( Also 2 of the features we ordered and paid for were never installed on our tub. We were told that this would be taken care of as well. Guess what, months later and we have not heard a thing. Overall not a good experience with Wet Zone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rose Valley Recreation Society has been using Wet Zone for 14 years - everything from getting water samples tested, pool chemical and supply purchases, season opening and closing assistance, assistance with mechanical repairs and issues and more! Their customer service and support is second to none. Chris, Maureen, Clare and team are absolutely amazing! There is no challenge they can't handle. We definitely could not do what we do without them! They always know exactly what we need to do to correct a challenge and explain the process in an easy-to-understand way. Their knowledge on all things pool and spa related is exceptional. We had pipes burst just days prior to our pool opening this year. They worked tirelessly to help get everything fixed and we were able to open as scheduled. Thank You Wet Zone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was thrilled with the level of professionalism, advise and speedy service I received from Wet Zone. They were fantastic communicating via email to ensure that I was getting the correct chemicals to remedy my chlorine issues before I made the 35 minute drive to come in. Upon arrival I was provided exceptional service and was provided detailed instructions and calculations on how much chemical to use to fixe my pool quickly. Got home and followed their directions exactly and my pool was ready to be enjoyed within 1 1/2 hours with perfect chemistry levels. Thank you! Highly recommended for pools, chemicals and service!

They provide a professional service and we’re very helpful with trouble shooting issues with our home and going above and beyond on fixing things that weren’t even related to our pool nor spa. They have a great team to work with.
