★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased - needed a simple replacement part (oven heating element) and none of the big box stores carried the right one. 1 week projected shipping time for the part on Amazon prime. Christina responded to my email first thing in the morning, and they had the part in store and were also familiar with it. They even offered to ship it to me same day if I did not want to pick up. Being able to pick up a part the day you need it and support small business is a win/win.

I paid at 3pm Tuesday and 2pm Wed I had the part to fix my dryer!! and at a great price, not gouged at all!! I highly recommend Canadian Appliance Parts 110%
