They're more interested in helping you fix your problem than they are in selling you something. Wish all businesses had this integrity.

They had both parts in and ready to pick up the next morning. Very impressive service. This will for sure be my go to appliance shop.

When I explained what was happening with the heating element on the dryer the lady helped me trouble shoot it over the phone. Problem solved, thanks for the help we would definitely recomend your buisness

My dryer went down at the end of the day on Wednesday, and as you can imagine we cannot operate long without fresh towels so we were in a pinch. I phoned a few other appliance repair places in town and was getting very frustrated with the 1-2 week waits I was being quoted. I phoned Community Appliance at 5pm on Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised to hear they would be able to call me in the morning with a time. They did even better than that! The technician showed up at 9 am and had my dryer up and running by 9:30 am. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone needing speedy and efficient service.

However, the lady I spoke to (Katie) was gracious enough to provide another small business contact that could help. Really appreciated that. Community has secured my large appliance business going forward - as a result.

I purchased a new gas convection last year and noticed the convection fan wasn't working. A tech has been dispatched and the best part.. they will arrive with parts so they can get me up and running. In the past when I've called other repair places they send someone out and then I wait.. and wait... till parts arrive and they can fit me in since I live outside of town. Who needs that? Community Appliance is my go to for all my appliance repairs. Friendly, Fast and Efficient. I appreciate those qualities in business.

My washing machine runs better now then when I bought the thing.... I even got an extra part in case the problem reoccurs. Brads a legend, ladies at the front desk are super nice, sweet and caring. 10 stars out of 5 for me!
