I have had a service person, from this company, twice in the past 5 years and was impressed each time with the results. Although, I wanted a simple solution to my appliance issues at the time it turned out the cost exceeded the worth of the appliances. However, both times a solution they offered helped me get more time out of the appliances. A&M were referred to me by long term customers and I was impressed by the service on site. Thanks, to Chad, for being so professional and leaving me with a feeling of gratitude for his professional manner and explaining everything clearly. Chad stopped by, got straight to work amongst a crazy family of kids and dogs with no complaints and fixed our dishwasher quickly. Thanks a bunch!

Disappointed that they would not accept a return of an unused product. When asked why, they point to a sign in their store as an explanation. They should mention this upon sale and on the receipt or better yet, issue refunds like a normal business. Awar e it is their choice, but same goes for sharing my disappointing experience and 'rating'.

Last used A&M to fix the same problem with our gas oven 5 or 6 years ago. Problem was diagnosed and the replacement part arrived quickly. Technician arrived within promised time window and was very efficient. He clearly explained what happened and how long we can expect the repair to last for the particular high wear piece. Will use again for future repairs.

Called hoping to book an appointment and decided against as I ended up talking to an extremely terse and borderline rude lady. Asked a simple question and got less than friendly response. Looks like I'm not alone looking through reviews....Hoping she wasn't just having a bad day

The woman who answers the phone was about as useful as teaching a cat algebra. Did not care at all about my problem, not only didn't care but couldn't even be bothered to listen to my inquiry about a technician. Just said yes he's looking for the parts you need. When a diagnosis hadn't even been done yet. I was just waiting for a call back for a potential service call.

The lady behind the counter is extremely rude and disrespectful. We ordered parts and used the correct the model numbers right from our stove, and she ordered the wrong parts and is not willing to refund them or rectify the situation by ordering the correct part at no cost. I am extremely disappointed that they are the only place in PG for LG. This was not our first dealing with them and it was the same each time. It's one thing to not refund the part if it was my fault but it's another when you are in the wrong!!!!

Been here multiple times, always terrible service. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Don't waste your time here, go to Moore Appliances they have never disappointed.
