★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was a dire situation with my sewage backing up into my tub/toilet late last night. I called Blockbuster first thing and they came out right away. It was a series of complications, but they got the job done!!! Dion went far beyond to help fix the situation. Huge gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never did the job, we paid them 250$ and they told us the job was done ... when we phoned to ask them why we are still flooding the receptionist yelled at my disabled mother and was completely belligerent and refused to listen to an explanation on how they did the wrong pipe. They refused to come back and finish the job ... guess that's what you get for paying up front... beware don't pay until you know the job is done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone deal with blockbuster waste/septic lately...clearly they are too big for their boots as apparently "lisa" , wouldnt give her last name , but said she was the owner ...was extremely rude and short with my spouse , then when i called back and questioned her on talking to customers that way..well we were potential customers, but no longer, she was even more unprofessional and hung up on me ...
I know ill never deal with them again, id suggest people use the other companies in town as Blockbuster doesnt care about the average, everyday consumer@!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a sewer blockage and they sent someone out within a couple of hours. They gave a good rate and were very professional and courteous. Mike explained what steps he was taking and what the problem might be and was happy to give me the information I needed to try and help it not occurring again. Thanks Mike!
