Stay away from the Kelowna Telus store on Springfield road.
Looking for a iPhone 13 pro with 256 memory.
That’s not available in Vernon. I call Kelowna & talk to JORDAN OSSACHUK. She tells me Guess What!! the phone is on sale $500 off. I tell her it’s odd that nobody at Vernon Telus store mentioned it? So I get Jordan to hold the phone because it’s 5pm & jump in my car the next morning & drive an hour each way with $2 a ltr gas to pickup my new phone.
Guess What!!!!! When I arrive It’s no longer on sale & is now full price. Her only response is Telus sets the price & it was on sale & now it’s not. THIS is the old bait & switch sales rip off. It was never on sale. I phoned Telus & checked.
She wouldn’t give me her manger’s contact information either.
UPDATE: I see that the store has responded that the phone was definitely on sale. NOT TRUE! as I phoned Telus as soon as I arrived home & they could find no record of a sale! But if it was on sale? Which it wasn’t, wouldn’t an experienced rep know that the price might change & ask for a credit card payment to hold that price over the phone? Like I said, rip off bait & switch. Now their talking about rumours that even the real Telus Loyalty rep knows nothing about.
Jordan is a commission salesperson, the telus employee isn’t!
