Had the pleasure of dealing with Holly and have to say this was the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced when purchasing a phone. Took her time finding me the perfect plan and then transfered all of my info to my new phone so all of my settings and icons were the same!! PERFECT!! Thanks Holly you'll be seeing new people soon!!

Lindsay in particular has been helping me with my phones and plans over a few years, and she is always incredibly helpful in providing great advice that saves me money. I highly recommend Connects Wireless and the Springfield location in particular. ??

Lindsay spent two hours with me trying to re-boot my phone and helping me compare phones to make the best choice for a replacement phone. She remained patient, professional and friendly throughout my visit, and I left the office a highly satisfied customer. I will recommend this office to my friends. Thank you Lindsay and Joel too!

So my monthly bill is $20 less with a new phone. Also, very prompt service; I was in and out within about 20 minutes. Will never go elsewhere for my cellphone needs. Thank you!
