S	Shane Osborne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service by @Caleb Matthews!!! Last Thursday, I walked into this Telus store @ 1950 Harvey Ave in Kelowna and needed internet services in a hurry. I had just moved into a home in Lake Country and Shaw was not able to provide services for 30-60 days as they would have had to had dug under my lawn. Caleb took the time to calm me down by asking all the right questions about my home internet and cable needs. Luckily, my new home had been on the Telus network before so switching over was not a problem. During our conversation, he did mention that it could take up to 6 days to get a tech out to activate the fibre. He went into troubleshooting mode and got me a ZTE hub to temporarily use until my tech could get there. Worked like a charm and I couldn't be more pleased with not only Telus but specifically Caleb Matthews, as he was quick to find out what I needed and took action. This is an example of what TO DO when you are faced with a stressed out customer (like myself, lol) and start with what you "Can Do", not what you "Can't Do". Thanks to Caleb for making my switch to Telus a seamless one. Cheers!

I was a little emotional about loosing all my pictures and videos of my kids BUT these two were amazing. Helpful, patient and kind. I will definitely be back when I purchase a new phone soon and I'll be recommending these guys to everyone. Thank you for being so kind.

I decided to go to the Telus Store in Spall Plaza, very different response, they had my phone in stock, showed me how to use it , actually showed me where I had a credit coming , and uploaded everything i needed to my new iphone 13. they were out of stock of cases but help me locate one at another store. Thanks guys, I will be back

Our new phones and the transfer to Telus from another provider was painless, cost efficient, and pleasant in every way. We are getting new phones with much smaller bills. Our only regret is that we didn't do this a long time ago. Highly recommend. =)
