We went to get a dress shirt & pant for a formal event, and was very satisfied with what we got. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for well fitted formal clothes. Thanks Moores!
C	Connor McDowell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the employees (tami and new girl) were extremely useful. they took my measurements, got me in fitting wear, and then arranged six or seven other same-fitting pant and shirt combinations for me to choose from (after asking what it was for and confirming my need for 4 to 5 more combos). in their work, the staff eliminated everything that I hate about shopping and simplified the process for me down to choosing (from a visible layout) what arrangements I personally liked and what I didn't (no thinking about sizing, no picking from shelves). if you've ever done the customization of creating a character in a video game where you enter a menu and choose between different haircuts and moustaches and eye colours and clothing styles (making a bitmoji), that is essentially the experience you will have here. the staff provided me with a much easier, quicker, and enjoyable experience buying clothes than I have ever had.
T	Tracy Lauriente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called 3 hours ahead to confirm we could get a fitting for a suite for a friends wedding. ( he picked this location) this store is an hour away from us. We were told to come in by 5:30 and they could do the sizing. We arrived at 4:30pm and they closed at 6. We waited for 30 minutes. The sales lady then told us, she had not eaten all day, she was too busy and needed to take a 30 minute break and to come back the next day. We explained that we drove an hour to get to the store and called ahead to ensure we could be seen. There was still an hour until the store closed. She said " I have not had a break, there are only 2 of us here and I wasn't the one that took your call' you need to leave and come another day" She was so rude to us , snapped our heads off. I really do not want to have to go to this store again! I wish I could give less than 1 star.
E	E.G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female sales person who assisted my partner was snappy and hostile whenever I asked a question or made a request. She permitted herself to interrupt me to make critical interjection while I talked to my partner. I couldn't wait to get out and never come back.

I do not have words for the disrespectful behaviour exhibited from the employee. We would like a call back from the owner to discuss asap.

I walked into the store, looked around, the sales representatives were more focused on talking amongst themselves & moving tables around rather than asking if I needed help. After 10 minutes of being ignored, I walked out and went to Tip Top Tailors, much better service and felt valued as a customer. I do not recommend this store.

Instead of having a dedicated staff member to help us, she kept leaving to help other customers. She did not seem to have a good knowledge of the products, their availability, or the rental program for our groomsmen. The store was in disarray and even if we decided to get our wedding suits from here, I don't trust that it would actually work out. If you want a good experience trying things on, with a dedicated assistant to help you and answer your questions, don't come here!
