t	thea allan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my grad dress to have just a small hem in the front, and the shoulder straps shortened. I was told that this small job would cost me $260! I took it in for alterations at the beginning of January but was told it wouldn't be finished until mid-March. When I told her I needed it by then, she kept going back and forth between dates and couldn't decide when I could come pick it up. She finally told me I could pick it up on February 10th. I came back on February 10th to pick it up. She had not even touched my dress. She wrote March 10th on her paper, but Feb 10th on mine. She said to come back in two days and it would be done. How are you going to do a quality job on a dress in two days when you said you needed a month to do that same job!?! I told her I would like to take my dress home with me and that I no longer wanted to have her do the alterations. She did not take this well. She said I wasn't allowed because I forgot my pink slip of paper, when she could have just checked my ID to make sure it was me. Instead she took a picture of me on her personal phone. Please DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE!

Though everything ended up alright and I paid for the work done to the dress, it was a very stressful experience. I arrived for my first visit and had a list of things I needed done to the dress. She did not take the list, and didn't measure me at all. Weeks later, when I went to pick up the dress, some of those things hadn't been touched, and the dress fit very poorly. When I requested that it be taken in a bit in my bust, I was refused. After a very stressful encounter, I left the dress there for her to do some more work on (and do the things that were missed). I could hear that I was being complained about to the other employee there while I was changing back into my clothes. I was sweating bullets the next day when I went in to get it, but thankfully, it ended up being fine, and the dress was improved. I paid her in full and took the dress with me. However, I regret to say that I would not recommend this place to anyone who is getting bigger alterations like wedding dresses done. She seems overbooked and scattered. It was a very tense experience, not worth it. I also believe it was very overpriced (It was $360 by the end of alterations).

After two weeks and $45 there is not enough time to fix what she calls good or completed alternations. I wouldn't recommend this place based on this experience.

They quickly had me put it in and knew exactly what needed to be done. All alterations were completed in 3 weeks. Great work and amazing customer service! I will be a repeat customer. ?
C	Chloe Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing. I took my grad dress in and she hemmed it, took the waist in and shortened the straps and made it fit me perfectly. I had a strap break (not her fault at all, it was the dress manufacturers fault and was completely on the opposite side she touched) I brought it back in to her and she fixed it and reinforced the other side for me out of the kindness of her heart. Such a good service and nice lady. 100% would go back.
