The lady working was by my side the whole time checking if I was trying to steal stuff . I was the only one in the store in my work cloths . Will never go back as there’s a adult shop right beside the love boutique . I hope you see this d* B**

She will stand by you and watch you the entire time. There is a sex store nextdoor. Trust me you will have a better time at sexy kitty.

Anyway he purchased a toy for us to try, batteries, etc and when it was taken out of the package ( unfortunately the package was accidentally thrown out) not one of the batteries works. We bought new batteries thinking that this was the problem, not one of the new ones works either. We have the receipt and it's never been used as we can't get it to work, no it's not that difficult, I bet money that we might was just as well have set our money on fire for all the good it's going to do. Next time we will go to the other store where he isn't watched like a hawk too. Great customer service ???

I went in with my partner with the intention of buying a lot of stuff for Valentine’s Day, but the front desk individual, a middle aged woman with brown curly hair, stood in front of her desk staring at us, with her arms crossed the entire time. We ended up only buying a bottle of lube and will be taking our business to Calgary from now on. I feel the need to say, this is not the first time I have purchased things here, I did not have a bag, a purse, or a jacket on. I understand theft is an issue, but shopping for your sex life is a delicate issue and embarrassing to many people- so staring at them while they do it is a great way to chase off customers. Congrats and good luck with your suspicious and overbearing attitude, you will need it.

What was recommended was not suitable for beginners and was falsely promoted as a best seller. Manager was very defensive and was able to name the item prior to even describing it. I’d recommend trying another store location.
