★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased a vibrator. Didn't think to compare prices at the other shop in town first. Went to the other stores website after purchase and the product I purchased cost $35 less there. Avoid crazy markup, go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total rip off. Wife bought a "toy". Didn't work straight out of the box. Told it hadn't charged long enough. Charged for 3 hours. Still nothing. Clerk said she "had to talk to manager". Come back and talk to her in 1.5 hours. Came back an hour and a quarter later, was told, surprise, surprise, "oh, gee, she just left for the day". Asked to talk to manager, was told that the original clerk WAS the manager. Oh well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know what experience persons have had in the past....but I have had some great experience shopping here just like any other store there is rules wich we have to abide
If in doubt check it before you leave the store with one of the staff...simple can't go wrong
We are adults no reason to be emberased or shy ..that will end up with issues of returns and store policy....wich we all could avoided . the staff there are more then happy to help with knowledge of the products and then some no pressure sales and comfortable to shopping inin...really its a great place and some awsome products yeah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a disappointment here. 950 and the girl walked out and closed as we were reaching for the door. Always sub par service. Any staff member I've dealt with does not want to be here working or helping customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow disgusted with the one of the employees. Went in because we had purchased a new toy. We didn't get around to using it for two days. Naturally when we took it out of the box we wanted to wash it. As they take them out and show them to people. And surprise, there's a rip at the base. We took it in the next day after work and the lady in the store was just a treat. She said she couldn't do anything about it and to contact the seller as she doesn't no if we broke it on purpose and used it.. So here I sit, 85& out on a toy I can't use and a manufacturer that doesn't answer. You lost a costomer. Thanks for just ruining my day and night on multiple occasions.
