The friendly and knowledgeable staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs and made ordering a seamless process. The professionalism and efficiency of the delivery and installation went smoothly, thanks to Glenda!!! Super happy with the awesome spa that was mindfully chosen with Red's recommendations. With no hesitation, we will be referring our friends and family based on our experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with Dave. We were able to get our hot tub quickly, and promptly. No hassles with delivery. And they had what we were looking for in stock. We're enjoying that there's no need for a chlorine floater with the new models, which means that there's no longer any strong chlorine smell with them.

He explained everything we needed to know about the hot tub.The hot.tub was delivered when we were told it would, and the installers were very professional and helpful.Jeff followed up with us making sure we knew how to use the chemicals properly. A great purchase experience.

Choosing Premium Pool and Spa was easy because of their association with Jacuzzi and from that point we were kept well informed - very courteous and prompt communication along the way. The J355 tub is a beauty and we’ve really enjoyed our first few dips. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an awesome experience with Dave from Sales to begin with. He was flexible and along with Glenda helped smoothly set up everything. Jacuzzi was one of the few places able to get a hot tub on a short notice. They also arranged a site inspection before hand and saved me the cost of a crane.
Plus, the delivery was super smooth with Jimmy and others being very knowledgeable and handy. Overall, would give 10 stars if I could. Worth the investment.
Oh and of course the hot tub is great ! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a new jacuzzi tub in the summer, however we did have a long wait for our tub to arrive due to manufacturers delays. The product was set up just before Christmas and worth the wait til winter. Delivery and set up staff did a good job. We are enjoying the tub, very relaxing, premium jets and no strong chlorine smell like our old style hot tub. would recommend Premium pool and spa and jacuzzi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have limited space at our place so we got a 2 people hot tub 2 years ago with no issues. Best spa for small spaces. A gem for our sore muscles. We decided to put it inside our garage for warmth and gives us more privacy too. Great idea for us! Dave arranged the spa to be delivered the next day. They were all helpful, knowledgeable and a fun place too shop. We will order more products from this company.
