★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ryan and Tom were great. Tom worked with my girlfriend over the phone to determine our pool pump failed. Ryan came out, was super professional and personable. He replaced our pump motor and determined the shutoff valve was cracked and quickly replaced the part without requiring an addition appt. The service was great, I would definitely use them again. Thank you again guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year I spent thousands of dollars at this store but won’t anymore. After my pool was closed in the fall by this company my 4 new filters went missing and the owners never offered any compensation. Loosing a lifetime customer is a big loss but I get they have deep pockets.

This kind of customer service is very hard to come by these days. I would recommend this company to anyone with a pool or hot tub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Beachcomber hot tub couldn't get through the startup procedure when I opened it up this winter, showed a number of different warning codes. I contacted a few hot tub service locations in the Kelowna area (this was on the weekend) and only Interior Pool & Spa were able to give me a date for service to attend. Others told me to call back when the service guys were in, others didn't return my voicemail. Shawn attended on the agreed day and was excellent. Very friendly, told me exactly what was going on and installed a rebuilt pump that day to get me going. It's unusual for anyone to fix rather than replace these days and I think it's cool that these guys have the knowledge to rebuild pumps. Of course, that cost me a lot less than a brand new one. All in all, very pleased and will be my first call in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Robynn to get help with a leaky valve on our "new to us" hot tub. Right from the start, communication was top notch, and service was spectacular. Had a service tech to our house the next day, and we are very happy with the work. We will be calling again for all our Hot Tub service needs. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These Guys are Great! My 15 year old Coast Spa hot tub started making a terrible howl with water leaking out weekly. I phoned the Coast Spa sales and service but didn't get anywhere. I phoned Interior Pools and Spa who answered right away and came out to remove the ailing pump and impeller the next day. I was very impressed that Tom, the Service manager, even tried to see if the pump was fixable instead of replacing it automatically. Five days later Les, the hot tub wizard, came back to replace the pump and impeller resurrecting my good old Coast hot tub. I am very impressed with Interior Pool and Spa. The team is knowledgeable, pleasant and prompt. Even more, the bill was very reasonable.
I highly recommend Interior Pool and Spa for any hot tub work.!!
