★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently my hot tub stopped working, and a friend at work recommended Kelowna Pool and Spa as they had the same problem last year. I gave the business a call and they assured me over the phone that they would be able to fix it. The technician arrived the same day and I was able to use my hot tub that night! Great service, would use KP&S again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY the BEST pool place in Ktown. Jim and the crew have been with us as newbie pool owners 9 years ago, set us up for success with pool openings and closings not to mention emergency visit for a clogged line. Will NEVER call anyone else but them. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, knowledgeable and very helpful professional people! I had a leaking circulation pump in my Hot tub. Me been a hands-on person I needed a parts and advise for the DIY repair. With the estimated price of the new circulation pump been reasonable comparing to spending parts, time and money on fixing the old pump decided to get a new one and use the old one as a spare. Ordered a replacement pump from them, they understood the situation + my need to get the part ASAP - got the new pump next day, they called me to let me know its waiting for me!!!
They also helped me very quick and professionally with picking up a new PVC fittings, O-rings and pipe unions to match exactly the old configuration for pump plumbing to Hot tab - so new pump could be connected same way as the old one. As a result replacement was easy and fast ,as with their help and advise I had everything I needed for the task. Hot tub is back running again - :-))) !!! Thank you!
