★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Serenity Pools on another hotel and they did an excellent job with our pool, water slide, and hot tub. When we were building our Holiday Inn Express Cold Lake, there was no other company we wanted to install our pool and hot tub other than Serenity. The owners Doug and Kim ensure everything is top quality and compliant with industry standards. We have had minimal issues with the pool and hot tub at both hotels. When something does need to be fixed, Doug and Kim are very helpful in troubleshooting and getting the matter solved. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Serenity Pools.
