The delivery/set up was seamless and the installation crew were more then efficient and courteous.
Highly recommended on every level!
PS - “throwing in” a couple of nice thick robes would have been nice ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best service! We purchased a new hot tub from Backyard Leisure and it was delivered and set up without issue. Unfortunately, there was a factory defect in the electrical box that shorted out the tub after a couple of weeks. This was not an easy problem to diagnose, but the serviceman, Steven, kept at it. The issue was resolved and my tub is up and running! Thanks again, Steven, you were very prompt and pleasant to deal with and explained the issues and kept me in the loop.

Tyrell was very informative and patient as we were completely new to this and had many questions. They made the whole process seem way to easy and smooth!
