Bought a bulk bag of mulch, was cheaper then half the quantity in small bags. A few days later was put exactly where I wanted it. GREAT deal and FANTASTIC delivery!

So bought a shower door from lowes on line, pickup at Lethbridge store. arrive 10:15 am.. Get there to pick it up, parked in the “online” pickup spot, called the number on the sign… no one answers … several calls … no answer… so … go into customer service desk… Tim is standing there doing nothing, so Call again while in the store… Tim answers and I say the call is from me for online order pickup…he says can’t help, wait for Amanda… line up now 4 deep at the “customer service desk” … eventually talk to Amanda, she calls someone and advises they will bring it up front because it’s “big” and not out to the online pick up parking area… where we parked… 10:41 am still no door,, confusion seems to be abounding, Amanda apologizes and laughs about it … lots of staff milling about around customer service, … 10 50 they bring door out, I ask to confirm the order for accuracy, numbers match, great!! Then they ask for I D and signatures, all good , no help taking door out to load… My point to this review… clearly the “online order system doesn’t work if there is no one answering a phone and no one to help load out”” hadn’t shopped at lowes in long time because of other customer service issues in the past (pre covid) Still brutal ,

Shout out to an employee who became my personal shopper helping me find 4 items throughout the store. He was very knowledgeable, friendly & saved me a lot of time. Hard to find good service in box stores.

I was at Lowes three weeks ago looking for a wheelbarrow and several other things with my toddler. We were helped by a staff member named Lou and she was incredible!! Not only did she help me find an assembled item (instead of the boxed one that I found- saving us so much time and work) but she encouraged my son and I to rest in the garden section (my little guy was a bit of a handful) while she searched for an item that wasn’t showing up in the system. Lowes has fantastic customer service. Later she even helped us load the van!! It was a really enjoyable afternoon at a hadware store and I never thought I would say that!

My experience was humiliating. I bought a Kobalt utility knife years ago from Lowe's. It had lifetime warranty; take it back to the store no questions asked it said. It was a low promotional price. That's why I bought it. I kept the label. The knife failed. I took it back. The lady at customer service didn't believe me, told me to go directly to the company. I had to show her the label. She gave me to a grumpy associate, he asked lots of questions. Made me feel dumb for asking for a new knife. Said they didn't stock them anymore. Told me to buy a new knife and they'd give me a credit for the original purchase. Turns out lifetime warranty is not lifetime warranty.

Imagine no air conditioners anywhere in Alberta! (Aug 1/21). Searching found a $129 unit (?!!) at Lowe's. They had stock in Lethbridge! I was greeted on entry to the store by a pleasant cheerful cashier who confirmed they had them! I went searching until I asked 'Lou' where they might be. She stopped her work and led me to an aisle display where there was about 8 units! I was so happy to find the price and stock to be true, but it was too heavy for me. Lou grabbed it and took it to the checkout! After payment, the ladies told me to move my car to the loading zone and they would help me load it. Again, Lou carried the AC unit to my car just as two other people were leaving with their units! I have not had such great service and such a good deal in all my years of bargain hunting! The staff was just awesome and I will be shopping here more often and Home Depot a lot less. Thankyou! PS: The AC unit works like a charm! I couldn't be happier.

I tried to exchange 2 cabinets that i had bought earlier in the day that I didn't leave in the original box. Hindsight yes I should have left them in the box but when you buy $1700 worth of cabinets you just tear them open in a non ceremonious de-assembly line to make it quicker. So to return my two little cabinets was like pulling teeth. I had to wait 20 min while they called who knows who to be able to make the return happen. After using all my non-existent lawyer skills. EDIT: I called the number given in response . The person sounded a bit confused and told me to call the store directly.

We could not have been more impressed with a store as this one. When we walked in and found our fire tables right away, ROBERT came up to us with a smile, offering his assistance. He was so pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and honest, one could not help but want to buy, which we did. When we got home, we ordered the same unit that ROBERT helped us with online from Lowes. Thank you ROBERT and thank you Lowes for having such pleasant staff!
