T	Taeler O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my standard poodles for a groom, and the cut was absolutely awful. I paid top dollar, and the quality of groom is worse than what they get from me at home. There is long patches all over their body, they didn’t even bother to trim the tails, and one of their heads didn’t get trimmed. Needless to say, I am a very unhappy customer as I have to now touch them up at home. The whole point bringing them in this time for a groom is because I’m 9 months pregnant and can’t physically do it this time. Waste of money, will not be back.

Called on a Friday afternoon to book my pup in, they took all my information and booked me ln for the next morning (saturday) at 10:00 am. I show up for my appointment with pup and they dont have any record of me being booked in, my dogs name not even on file. After the girl goes to get manager Kim, she has no interest in finding out what went wrong and had a very poor attitude towards me like it was my fault and problem. Will never return to that groomer again!!
T	Teagan Shurtz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went in, I asked for a #10 cut for my dog. The groomer told me he recommended a #5 or #6. I proceeded to tell him I would like a #10 because it's what I always get. When I picked up my dog, she was not cut to a #10, her ears were cut so lopsided, and her hair on her head is still long and so choppy. My 5 year old could've done just as good of a job and it wouldn't have cost me $92!!! I will not be going back! Very disappointed.
j	joliana rizk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my puppy for a haircut and when I told the groomer that I need to cut half of my puppy hair He said that we can’t do that at the first time but on the second time they do. What I was told is that they do legs arms and face. I tried to force the groomer to do what I want as he said that he will try and see if my puppy was ok with it. My puppy was totally FINE!! When I went to take my puppy rarely he has cut some of his legs and arms and face and they charged me as if it was a full service. It was the worst experience ever! Not gonna take my puppy there anymore for grooming.
C	C.B.A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great selection for cats, dogs and fish. For dogs, I enjoy their selection of collars and harnesses - lots of colours, designs and sizes to choose from. They almost always have items on sale/clearance and if you do a bit of searching you can almost always find great deals. I bought two cat/small dog beds for 11$ a piece on two separate occasions recently. Fantastic deal! PetSmart is one of the few locations in Lethbridge that sells fish ? Their employees in the fish department are reasonably knowledgeable which I also enjoy. The variety of fish available is also a bonus!
M	Mary Milroy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff at Pet Smart, after having our old tank leak unexpectedly we were at pet smart 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and the young man who helped us was fantastic! We love our new tank and stand and after getting it all set up we went back and got a few more fish and some fresh new plants! Looking forward to coming back to add a few more fish!
