I came in one day to buy litter but my back was acting up. The cashier brought the litter to my car and put it into the backseat for me. I wasn't expecting this level of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am posting this comment in hopes that the Brandon PetSmart opening hours for grooming services be updated on their website. The city of Brandon services many customers from the surrounding rural areas who have to travel significant distances to find out that grooming services, which are clearly indicated online as walk-in, are not offered on Wednesdays; this is very frustrating and unnecessary. Now the staff where extremely accommodating and I thank them. Petsmart, please ensure your websites are accurate; it's an inexpensive way to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store, really accommodating staff! I was grateful that they were able to modify the price of the dog pads we got since the sign had the incorrect price listed. Also, I love that they have adoptable cats with windows where you can see them, it's unfortunate that due to COVID we can't interact with them though.
