★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff, with the experience to get you what you want, hard to find a good boot store, let alone cowboy hats, belt buckles, and other western accessories. Only thing I could add is that they need a bit more selection, another rack of boots maybe?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an all right location. It is smaller than the Regina one which I am used to. The people there are nice and friendly but I didn't find any cowboy boots that I liked =(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very highly priced, but super nice boots. This is reputed to be an expensive store. Found a women's Boulet boot with an "extra light" sole that I wanted, but didn't like the boot foot design or the upper colour. My 8.5 size is apparently very common bc other cours were unavailable. Friendly and knowledgeable service and tons of western wear, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of boots. Worn for less than ten minutes and they were too wide. Called to see if they would exchange them and they just hung up the phone. Terrible customer service. I will be letting everyone I know in the area not to shop there. I will also be going to Canada west boots and telling them that one of their distributors is garbage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great little gem for all your western needs. Tons of apparel and gift type merchandise. Expect tonfind something perfect or unexpected but you will always leave with something.
Staff is excellent and extremely knowledgeable in the horse world. Its a must stop shop when in Brandon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 2 staff members working on may 28 at 3:30 pm where the rudest, stuck up girls there. They could not even stop talking about there weekend plans to come help my son and myself. My son was asking questions about belts and pants and one of the staff members looked at him and said what you don't know how to put a belt on. She then turned back co-worker and laughed and continued to talk weekend plans. As soon as she said that we left the store. I would strongly recommend no one shop there. They want to treat customers like that, then should not have customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So they have this buy 10 get 1 free dog food program or something. And I did not get my 1 free last time I went. The girl there didn’t really understand what I was talking about. She wasn’t new I’ve saw her there a few times.
Other then that. Well nice layed out floor plan. I like the sale room. Smells like leather. And they carry adorable baby things.
Quite a pricey store. I prefer peavey mart.
