★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fit me in last minute for a skunk bath which was super appreciated. However, upon picking up my dog he still smelt like skunk (which is no ones fault it’s tricky) but he also had a limp/sprained tail. No idea what happened to my poor boy. Took him a full week for him to start lifting his tail again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately leaving a 1 star review with a similar experience to others here. Our dog came home with a cut that was much shorter than discussed, very patchy and most concerning, with cuts on both back paw pads from the trimmer - one of which was fairly deep. I contacted the owner about these concerns afterwards with no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very displeased with the grooming and customer service. After a poor quality groom spoke with owner who promised to fix issue but only exasperated it. Was then promised a refund for service then proceed to scream at me saying they did a service and are incapable of refund as it was the card company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO BE AVOIDED! I was THEN told not to comeback as they were so busy and didn’t care or need my business. Will never patron again!

I was set on making things right as I have been patronizing your business for 3+ years but enough was enough!!!! I was extremely discouraged when you threatened the police on me. You need to be made aware or the public to know your business practices. You told me you didn’t need me because you were so big an successful. I was extremely hurt by that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with our dogs spa visit! They were very well cared for and loved being there. They look 1000x better than they did when they went in. Both my large dogs don't really like other dogs or their nails being cut, and carries did very good accommodating that. Will definitely be back! Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very caring and friendly. My spouse loves to take her cat here and just get him a hair cut and cleaned up. They do both dogs and cats for grooming which is rare. I would strongly recommend this groomer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carrie is AMAZING!! Took my 7 month old German Sheppard there for the first time ever grooming. My dog is VERY timid and when I picked her up, she was very mellow and happy! Carrie CARES about your dogs experience. 100% going back on a regular basis.Even got a pretty bow! Thank you Carrie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love CK9Cuts! I take my dog for his toe nail trims regularly and it is clear every time how much Carrie truly cares about the pets in her care! She is always bright and happy.
I love that I don't need to worry about an appointment for a nail trim either. The price is super reasonable and the job is well done!
