★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered kitten food online as the website said they were able to order food if they did not have it in stock. Got a call from the store stating they do not have the food I orded.
No suggestions or alternatives to different food or to actually order the food. It was a quick phone call with disappointing service.

I had a bunch of free coupons for stuff, Normally stores get mad when you have coupons.
The staff that served me was very nice and patient with me.
Love the dog wash, so much easier than at home!

Purchased a little puppy raincoat which unfortunately broke the first time I put it on my pup. I hadn’t kept the receipt but staff remembered me and were able to offer me an exchange regardless. Excellent customer service!
