Anyway, new out of the box, it would signal that a rat had been caught and deactivate...even while sitting at the table! So, a faulty electronic product and due to COVD-19, the Victor rep has not been by. Top Shelf Feeds exchanged the electronic trap today and even offered a refund, if I chose that option. I took a new trap home and will try it again and if it does not function properly, they have agreed to refund my money. I am pleased with
their response and I will continue to support and recommend this local business. Faulty products do occur and the sign of a good business, is their attempt to support the customer. Shop and buy local...Top Shelf Feeds in Courtenay goes the extra mile...
