r	rohanna rae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had a very large, very heavy (90 lbs) box delivered to my home. Not only was the package heavy, it was also awkward to handle, and the driver was alone. There was ice and a bit of snow in my driveway so I offered to move my car out of the way in order to make it safer and easier for the driver. I had trouble finding my car keys so the nice man asked for a shovel, which he found in the shed. He then shovelled away the snow and ice, put the shovel back in it's place, and got the large box into the house. What really amazed me was how cheerful and friendly he was, not making me feel guilty for one minute about the whole situation! It could easily have made him crumpy, specially at this busy time, but he did not seem bothered by having to clear the driveway before proceeding to my front door! This friendly man deserves a big pat on the back for giving the best customer service that I have seen in a long time! I didn't get his name but I'll try to find out in order to give him a token of appreciation. Thank you, UPS, for an excellent service! Rohanna Rae

B	Black Fox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a UPS distribution centre it eas very difficult to get shipping bags and labels... It was suggested that I order them online as I was reducing their stock and then THEY would have to order them... Not the experience I expected.

The fact that it felt like I was a nuisance for showing up to drop off the package was. Hopefully whoever is working there reads this and adjusts their perspective on what customer service is.

These clowns take incompetence into the stratosphere & worse than anything else, based on my experience, they couldn’t care less - this unprofessional attitude coming from the person who identified themself as being the manager. Go with FAS Delivery or Ace Courier & save yourself the grief that I and many others have gone through.

Driver dropped my new laptop over the gate where it left a 2 inch deep impression in 6 day old snow. I was home, my car was in the drive, what about door to door delivery and careful handling of parcels?

They made it very easy and showed up on time, said we could leave the item out and we did not need to be home. Only thing is, they sent one person, we were home and the guy needed help loading it. He would have had to have left it if we weren't home.
