Unbelievable service! I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for new furniture!! Side note: ask for Brenda, she’s the absolute best in the business!!

Paid for delivery & assembly.....they didn't assemble my bed they just left. I don't know how to assemble a bed, that's why I paid for you to do it! Edit: They just called me. Whoever just called me, she was SO rude. This women was super unprofessional and told me that it was my fault the bed wasn't built. Lady, the policy on YOUR website, what I PAID for is that the frame/mattress/boxspring is built and assembled. That is NOT my job. "A bunch of people are in trouble and we have a bad review" yes, YOU made a mistake! No apology, she was very hostile and very rude. Do not get any bed from the brick, they won't deliver it correctly, then they'll call you and blame YOU for the error. I never told the drivers not to assemble, and again on the website it says not to be in the same room as the drivers because of COVID. So I wasn't. How was I supposed to know they didn't assemble? Some of the worst service I've ever received.

Brenda and Mark were great and patient with us after finally choosing a sofa after years of indecisiveness. We got a great deal and had our sectional within 5 days. We are very happy with the service!

Love shopping here. Great atmosphere and employees always welcoming and easy to deal with. Recently bought a mattress from Mark, and had another great experience.

In December of 2021 I ordered on line two high end couches, a high end lazyboy, coffee table, and two end tables. I was notified my furniture was going to be delivered on a specific day. I emptied my living room of its furniture only to find out they gave me the wrong day and I would have to wait a week!!! We sat on lawn chairs. When the furniture was delivered it was only the chair !! Still sitting on lawn chairs. Weeks later my couches arrived. Six months later, two of my tables are delivered. Dropped off in my living room and NOT assembled. I specifically requested assembly, and was told by an employee , that when I finally got my tables they would be assembled. I called their store asked to speak with a manager, I was told they don’t offer assembly, even though you can request it when ordering on line. I will NEVER EVER deal with this unorganized, miss leading, incompetent business again. I will be sharing my thoughts and disappointment with everyone I know. Absolutely unacceptable!’

I've dealt with Brenda multiple times at The Brick she is always kind, professional, and helpful. Thanks Brenda!!! I love The Brick's warranty program. It's nice to know that when you buy the warranty that The Brick will either fixed or replace the item... and if you don't use the warranty during the warranty period that you get the full warranty amount in store credit. It's brillant!
