★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living on Vancouver Island, your choices of furniture stores is limited compared to the lower mainland where we previously lived. We bought a pair of couches but got cold feet once we got home. So the day after we called and canceled our order. Dealing with Sam was such a pleasure. No pressure at all, she gave us an excellent price. We will definitely be back to shop for furniture there in the future.

I really don't appreciate how they insist on getting your phone number "For account info only," and then pester you with texts to review your experience. I give them 1 star for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a bed from Ashley furniture. It arrived damaged which the assembly crew did not tell us about and we only discovered after they had left. When we contacted the main store they said they would order the part but they never did. We waited over 6 months during which we called 4-5 times to ask about the part. They offered to call us back at least twice with an update on how long it would take, which they never did. I don't believe they ever actually ordered the part as they said they would. I would not shop here again because their product arrived damaged and they did nothing to remedy this. In the end we managed to replace the part ourselves.

We asked mattresses to be delivered outside of certain timeframe, Rick did his due diligence to make sure delivery people know. Really appreciate it! Make sure you find Rick, he’s a master in furniture and mattresses! Will def come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience at Ashley’s was 10 out of 10. We were in the market for a sectional couch and an accent chair for our new condo being built. We ended up doing a special order and were able to choose from a plethora of fabrics. The advice given to us from the sales person was right on and very helpful. The couch came in in November. We were supposed to be in our condo inDecember but because the supply chain, labour issues, and Covid things have been delayed. They have graciously offered to store our purchase there until we are ready to move into our new condo. We still have more to buy and will not hesitate to choose Ashley‘s furniture as a destination for quality furniture and accessories. Looking forward for a condo to be done And returning for more items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam from the Courtney store. I work long days and long hours out of town but I really needed to get something ordered. She had no problem texting any time I was able to get back to her. She was quick, friendly and just overall the best sales person I’ve ever worked with. I thought I missed out on a couch they had in stock, but thankfully due to her due diligence, it ended up being a miscommunication and she had what I needed! I’m super excited that I will have the perfect couch for my new home :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I visited Courtenay's Ashely store looking for a living room floor lamp. There was so much interesting inventory that we found ourselves looking at a new reclining couch with a built-in light. Rick was very helpful in explaining all the great features and warranty. A month later, we went back for that couch! When our Visa has recovered, we'll be back to look for a new floor lamp, lol. Thanks RICK for the great service, and thanks to the fellows who delivered our couch the following week!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were pleasantly surprised at the amazing service we received at the Ashley Courtenay store. The Ashley stores on the Mainland have brutal service!! Rick was both helpful & honest with us. He helped us first with a sofa bed then with his understanding of what we were trying to achieve in our dining room, showed us some beautiful chairs. There was no pressure. I came back later to take the chair home to see how it would compliment our table… ordered 6!! You don’t get that type of service on the Mainland! Thankyou Rick!! You have renewed my faith in Humanity.
