★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I had the pleasure of conducting some consignment business with North Island Medical Mobility. I lost my spouse, due to complications from Parkinson's and dementia, and was left with her latest, like new wheelchair.
I contacted Phil, after seeing his weekly ad in the Comox Valley Record and also checking out their website, which left me with a comforting feeling.
Phil exhibited professionalism from our first call, through updates and then a report confirming everything before he completed the final sale.
I would highly recommend Phil and North Island Medical Mobility, if you happen to be in a similar situation.

Phil has demonstrated a firm understanding of the needs of people with mobility challenges and his compassionate care and service shine through. Visited the store on a Saturday to see their heavy duty repair lift - apparently the only one available north of Nanaimo. Looks like same day service is a reality now.

Absolutely great service, friendly, helpful fellow and great price too. I recommend that you go see Phil if you are in the market for anything to do with chairs or scooters ect.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely the first place I’ll check for any future mobility requirements.
