Everytime I've stopped by in the past four years I have been treated extremely well and the sales staff have had the utmost patience with me. They answer any questions I have, and if I'd just like to browse on my own they allow that, too. They have excellent markdowns, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We discovered Comox Valley Family RV in an emergency situation, when the dealership we purchased from ignored our service requests for weeks ( despite a number ongoing leaks throughout our brand new 5th wheel). We ended up being delighted to have come across this shining star! Our problems were addressed and corrected very quickly, with courteous and professional service at a reasonable price. We are very happy to work with this company, and would not hesitate to recommend them for solid, dependable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first meeting went great, then it was all downhill from there.
We were told we needed a new fridge.
No problem.
We agreed and sent all the paperwork for a new one to be ordered thru our insurance.
That was over 4 months ago.
After many calls from us to Family RV, and no contact back from Family RV, we went to the dealership that they do insurance work with.
Imagine our surprise when they were still waiting for our paper from Family RV.
What a sad way to run a business.
So disappointed as we thought we had found a great company.
It sure has been fun living in a RV with no freezer.
Family RV, you are the worst!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David has helped me with several issues with my tent trailer. He has also made sure that I know how everything works. I have had trouble before and he would call me and walk me through the steps to get the furnace working.
I have also seen his work on other units first hand. He is amazing with the care for each unit, treating it as though it were his own if not better!
David is the only tech i would trust with my unit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came out and checked my RVs gas and water heater. Service was great, he was helpful in explaining his process and what I needed to know. I'm new to the RV life and he was really patient with all my questions. Happy I got they to come out, the peace of mind is well worth it!!
