Having never set foot in the dealership before, J.R. went above and beyond anyone else I had dealt with in the past. He did a fantastic job and I really appreciated him taking time to go over the entire car with me before making a purchase. I felt absolutely no pressure and came away with not only a great car, but a great customer experience. Would recommend speaking with J.R. and the Stratford Honda Team if you are looking for honest and reliable service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started out on a trip during a frigid, windy and snowy day when our Pilot windshield wiper blades stopped clearing the ice. Stratford Honda was the way to our destination, so we popped in and the Parts department staff immediately took action. One person went to the back to retrieve the parts and Steve came outside, removed the wipers and brought them inside for replacement. Upon re-installation the blade pressure was not good due to corrosion, so Steve re-appeared with some spray lubricant which worked great! Phenomenal service going above and beyond what was expected!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasant experience dealing with JR. So nice to deal with someone who is so efficient. Well worth the drive to Stratford. We tried to deal with London Honda but were turned off by their "creative accounting" on their quotes and by their incompetent staff who don't even know what cars they have in the showroom. Absolutely none of this nonsense went in in Stratford. Ask for JR. We will definitely be back to see him the next time we need a new car.

After calling many different dealerships, J.R was by far the most accommodating and allowed me to make the deal over the phone as I am not from Stratford. His incredible communication and friendliness allowed me to trust the process and the deal went through flawlessly! Would highly recommend going to J.R for your Honda needs!
