Have never had an issue with returns and if they didn't have an item, they could usually point you in the right direction. The 4 is based on the small size of the store that doesn't allow as much selection as larger competitors. It has it's niche in smaller communities which is our gain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff over here is highly knowledgeable and cares about you. I have only praises for the team here. You can count on them to provide with the honest response to your questions. On one instance, I was looking for an item that was listed on sale, but was just sold out. The staff here arranged for acquiring it from another store located out of city and also notified me of it once the item was in store. The Source Stratford never disappoints me. I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good tech deal, and a great customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little store with very friendly and helpful assistance as well. The only problem here is they don't have a very large variety of things customers may need. I went there 3 times to solve a problem with an extension cord for our headphones but the "one" type they had did not work with our stereo. It's a name brand so that should not be a problem. K went back and bought the plug or Jack that goes into the stereo but that did not work either. I took our headphones with ne and the old extension cord and thought this would be an easy fix but that was not happening for me.
The service attendant did her best to accommodate my needs but with so little to choose from, she had no options to make a change and give me what I needed.
I had to return all I bought from them and go elsewhere for my needs. I have to give her a 10 for service but the store gets a 5 for nothing to help me with

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never went into the store however I spoke with a gentleman on the phone this morning about a MacBook charger. He was really polite and friendly. He said they are trying to get that specific charger in stock but did not have it and was apologetic. I asked him if I could find the charger elsewhere in Stratford and he recommended another store and was happy to do so.
I would recommend using The Source whenever possible. I will also be using the source for my technology needs because of this professional and friendly customer service.
Edit to add: The gentleman over the phone advised me to order online however I needed the charger immediately within the hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to thank Brody from the source he made my day I walked in there so sad my phone wasn't working when I left the store my phone was working and I was a proud owner of a charger that I should have been using all along and Brody sold it to me. Just go there they will help you they're not just there to make money they care!
