★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I understand that the staff have to do their job, I found it incredibly unnecessary for the sales woman to follow me around the store and stand two feet from me the entire time...not only that but two of them. I had told them on numerous occasions that I would be good and let them know if I needed help. Apparently that fell on deaf ears. I will not return to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to replace my blundstones with a new pair, was asked if I needed assistance immediately and responded no thanks I know what I am looking for.
The worker then continued to asked questions and my girlfriend and I repeated we don’t need help, I also stated I was buying a new pair to replace my old ones and new exactly what I wanted. This woman stood five feet away just stairing and when she eventually walked away another woman came up immediately after asking if we needed help.
I drove to London to buy them elsewhere and will never go back to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in the store today with my husband to look around to see if I could find a pair of boots that I would like. I had heard from others that if you are younger, they will follow you around the store. Well, they were right! Every aisle my husband and I went to, the one lady followed us around like a hawk. She didn't even pretend like she wasn't following us. She acted like we were about to shove a bunch of boots down our pants. I will not be returning, that's for sure.
