★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not have any rug hooking...only two staff on the floor and one was at the cash register....the store was clean ...the sidewalk was somewhat cleared...temp of store was comfortable with a winter coat on...the lighting was good...not too bright that it would give a person a headache....staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As lovely as any other Michael's location I've been too across the country, but with far less staff! Lots of stock and sales in February and the clerk reminded me of my membership so I got the current promotional discount!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Michael's thinking they would have the best selection of wreaths and other outdoor Christmas decorations. Their seasonal section was picked over and looked more like the leftovers on Dec 23 (this was on Dec 3). What they did have was way overpriced and mostly tacky. Surprised and disappointed. Friendly service at cash made the experience better (I bought a couple of unrelated items), but overall I think Michael's needs to step it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place for crafter of all sorts! Great selection of beginners to experienced crafters. Some things are expensive but look around the store you can find some cheaper options! Staff is friendly and helpful.
