I've been a Rogers pay as you go customer for years, brought in a new-to-me phone I bought second hand and Khrystyna got it all set up for me, no charge. Thank you! Service here is great!

Waited for two hours past the store opening as no employee showed up. 30 mins after β€œopening” the owner told us someone was on their way. Still no one 2 hi urs and 9 mins later. Bell store is open and willing to give discounts to make up for Rogers poor management.

Not impressed. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. This is the second time I've been in the store in 1 week. There was no greeting either time, none of them were friendly and not even a smile from 3 different people! Do the staff not have any concept whatsoever with regards to customer service? They clearly were not very interested in helping me out with anything. I have no intentions of setting foot in that store again. I will take the take the time to drive somewhere else that actually wants to help customers! They are a very poor representative for Rogers and I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Very rude service, pushy and not very helpful at all. Call customer service you will have better luck dealing with your issues. All we needed was a simple modern swap. Been her for almost an hour and a half and still waiting.

Owner(s) should know what services they offer or correct corporate if they are wrong. Staff should be trained in proper customer service. Stopped by this store today to return a modem, after moving and upgrading, instead of mailing it to Rogers. 2 techs that visited my home both said it could be dropped off there, as does the rogers website which I have attached a photo. After trying to take a screen shot of a QR code through a dirty window without success a rude young lady walked out to see what I wanted. I explained I was here to drop off a modem. The young lady huffed and said "We don't take those here this is a dealer location". I advised her this was not what two technicians had told me to which her only response was "They're wrong" after which she turned around to go back inside. I let her know that her service was horrible and she seemed unbothered by that fact and went back inside. My next phone upgrade won't be done locally as this location isn't worth the patronage.

Waited 20 minutes for store to open. Girl shows up at 11:59 and a group that just showed up went in with her. She finally comes out and says I can take you later today. I said "I have been here for over 20 minutes." She says "they are in the store". I said "I was here first."

Went in, needed to upgrade my phone as an emergency situation , the girl inside refused to help claiming cause it wasn’t my home town she couldn’t sell me a phone , didn’t call customer care or even attempt to help , being a local business person in town this is horrible , this girl should go find a job else where, I wouldn’t want someone like this representing my business Rogers is amazing this depot worst customer service

How is this place even in business? I called 3 times. Twice they hung up on me and the third time some crazy lady yelled at me that they are busy and said "I busy, you make callback'. And then hung up. Store is NEVER open and they are extremely rude. Calling Rogers head office today. This type of service does not belong in the beautiful and friendly city of Stratford.
