In store service has been good. I’m just upset my email was added to a subscription list without permission! I asked for an emailed receipt not Geek Squads newsletters!

There was two people giving the service and the initial person who helped me, Courtney, did great but she was new. However, the person who assisted Courtney was horrible. He was rude and after telling him that his offers were not in line with my needs, he walked away. He didn't check the phones condition nor did he even turn it on to see if the phone worked. I would not go back to bestbuy to buy a phone. The team environment obviously shows they don't care

Total B.S. that I can't call my local store to actually speak to someone that might know something about a product that I need for my computer. I'll never buy another product from them again.!!!

I purchased a Macbook Air (2017) from Best Buy's website expecting a "certified refurbished" item that was in "9/10" condition. I thought purchasing this from an established retailer such as BestBuy would be a reasonable option, unlike picking up a used item from Craigslist or Kijiji. I was wrong. This item came Sept 19, 2021 and I kept it as a Christmas gift for my son. We opened it Dec 25 to discover the battery does not hold a charge. I contacted BestBuy, who explained this product was sold by a "marketplace" seller (i.e. not directly through BestBuy). So I contacted the seller "BuySpry". They have explained that they only have a 90 day warranty, so I have missed the warranty period by 6 days. To repair this on my own is $400 (shocking, given the computer cost $700). So, my son is left with a laptop that only works if plugged in - not going to work for school. I contacted Bestbuy again, and the service agent said she couldn't help me but will put in a "formal complaint" to the head office of BestBuy. I asked to be copied on this to see if it actually was done - as far as I can tell nothing has been done. Asked how they can allow such a seller to work through their website and got no real answer. I've also contacted this company BuySpry again, which is based in USA (not some far flung location with no standards). Waiting to hear if they can explain what "certified refurbished" means to them, and how this product can be rated 9/10 - obviously no response yet and not expecting a response. Overall, disappointed in the product, and that BestBuy can support such a seller on their Marketplace.

Came across a rude and full of attitude employee named Tish working at the customer service desk. I had visited the store to return a faulty desktop computer. Hope to see some improvement in the future with regards to customer service.

I arrived at the store and was looking for a Display to HDMI adapter which they clearly showed they carry. I looked for awhile and then went up to counter with my phone open to there web page showing the adapter with number and sku code, the employee β€˜Miss Pubajeet β€œ was of no help and rude. Stated in barely understandable English that that’s not the number. She brushed me off as she was to busy chatting in her home country language to a fellow employee. Unbelievable and unacceptable! First off have some respect, your in Canada so speak English and if you don’t want to help customers go find another Job .

I came in and ended up with a defective phone, came back the next day and phone was replaced promptly and professionally. Also, I had a ton of questions and frivolous curiosity, but Cameron and Hector assisted me throughout with no judgment. Awesome service, thanks so much!

Had what I was looking for. Staff were helpful and polite. I entered the store, the departments were labeled so I could easily identify where I needed to go. Found the product I wanted to buy, although the other item I was looking for was sold out. Proceeded to the till where I was kindly greeted and conducted the transaction fairly quickly.
