Dave and John went above and beyond in delivery and installation , also very helpful with tips and suggestions . From start to finish dealing with Parker's Appliances was a first class experience . I will continue to support this great local company .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased fridge/washer/dryer/D.W./hood Fan & Gas Range, the Range is another story in itself. The store is large, fairly new and plenty of products on display, only dealt with the salesperson (G.F) and the delivery people who are friendly and efficient. In a span of less than 2 months, the ice maker started to work intermittently and finally stopped altogether, I called my salesperson to enquire if she may know of a simple fix (I had already scheduled a warranty appointment) I didn't expect a technical solution from her, just a friendly call to see if she had heard of this problem with a Whirlpool side by side I didn't appreciate her indifferent, cavalier approach to this, no help at all, could have been more diplomatic, she made no attempt to offer advice or a possible solution other than contact Whirlpool service dept. which I had already done.
In regards to the gas range, we were promised delivery mid July then they called to say end of August, we decided to see if other retailers could supply this particular gas range and luckily the big Box Store locally were able to supply one for July 16th., I guess huge chain Home Improvement Retailers have more clout when it comes to supply.
Received a call from the owner of Parker's and had a pleasant chat to alleviate some of my concerns, his explanations were completely reasonable and I'm happy with the results, I'm positive that most of the employees there are top notch too.

They were so patient with us and very helpful and provided over and above service to us. They provided us with a total refund when we decided to buy a different model after we had used the original machine for two months. Thank you so much for your great assistance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Highest of Raves to Parker's Appliances & More. As soon as I walked into Parker's Appliances was greeted by friendly owner. She listen to what we were looking for, knew so much information on the different products and found the set that works best for us. She was friendly, patient with our questions & such a cheerful soul. The delivery/installation guys (so sorry forgot their names) were awesome! Took out our old ones, set up the new ones. They were so professional & friendly. Going over how to operate them before they left. Highly recommend you go check out the place as they don't only sell appliances. Locally owned business.
