So I would have to say my experience with the London store is that they have terrible customer service. Then called the Stratford Store and had amazing service. Andreas, the manager was extremely helpful not only with his technical knowledge but stayed on the line until we set up the payment. I would order from Stratford again but not London!! Thank you so much Andreas!

Not invasive or overwhelming even while he's pursuading us to get a mattress (we're still shopping around and he's very understanding). He's just doing his job. He's been super friendly and patient and helpful though the whole process. Even if the bed frame crumbles straight out of the box, Tony gets as many stars as I'm legally allowed to give. THANKS TONY!
