We went to Kullberg’s first on the way in, met Terry. Found a great chair but thought we should hit the other stores. 2 hours later, back to see Terry, bought the chair and a dining set. Mom commented frequently how nice the showroom is and what great service we had. Free delivery to Boissevain (I had the truck but Terry didn’t want me to spend money on tarps). Bought a loveseat 2 days later. Amazing service!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable, personable and puts up with my antics! Delivery is never a problem or a wait and there’s always a great deal to make or find. This is the second kitchen we’ve done with them and will continue to recommend them to our friends.

There was some awesome deals going on, making it easy for me to decide. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful took care of everything and the set was delivered next day. The young men who delivered it hooked everything up, removed old washer and moved the dryer to garage. I might add this involved going up and down stairs a few times. They were very professional and polite. It was just the best experience that I have ever had shopping for an appliance. Thanks

Through it there was a couple ways including a texting option that I could use to get answers on a few questions I had. Truthfully it was a lot of questions but Jason was very quick to respond to all of the questions that I had but not at all in a pushy / salesman way. It was more of a friendly helpful way. He had good product knowledge and was very friendly BUT NOT at all in a “ fake friendly so you buy something way “. I was very thankful for his help and the sales were pretty good as well. I think because of the way Jason conducted himself it made it way more easier and comfortable to look, think and buy what we wanted. Thanks Jason for making our first time experience with this company a very positive one and we will definitely be back in the future.
