★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought dinning chairs for family use.I travelled over 4hrs to pick up only to be given the wrong colour.I requested for a refund and for the company to find a way to pick up their chairs.The supervisor/customer care i spoke with at bricks Brandon was roadblocking all my suggestions. She said the only way i could get my refund is to travel back to Brandon , return the chairs and i get my refund or keep the chairs.Seriuosly! Thats mean and the height of no concern. I have never seen a thing like this since making online purchases in canada.Wayfair will never do this,Amazon and other reputable organizations wont either.
.I wanted to be very sure she knew it was their mistake and no fault of mine.I asked again...so you mean i should travel 4 hours,pay for gas for something that is no fault of mine and she reiterated YES.I have complained through bricks.com customer care and already have a ticket created for this complaint.I hope it gets resolved.

Jon was fantastic at making sure I had something lined up quickly, and checked the measurements very carefully to make sure it would fit my kitchen space. Great sense of humor, and I'll have my new fridge in a couple days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been wanting a new mattress, and the salesperson Jon was very friendly and patient with me, and also helped me find a fantastic pillow. I am so pleased with this mattress! Also, if you look around, some of the sales/clearance are incredible value! Highly recommended place to shop!
